One word that describe this hotel and my stay EXCEPTIONAL WOW! Absolutely amazing is all i can say about this hotel. The staff. The sweet young pretty lady that works in the mornings who always make my mornings a bit more better with her smile and politeness. Ms.Ida who’s such a beautiful spirit always making sure things are ok. Ms Marsha (Such s breath of fresh air) makes u feel so comfortable and her conversations are always Spectacular. Dylan who makes your stay special as well. But that General manager Jahmil. GODS GIFT. I’ve never well I haven’t in a while met a manager so giving. So stern. So understanding , So special. So hardworking , so full of life and energy. With a smile thatll win any heart. He works his tale off and carries the whole facility in such a loving way. Each team member makes it feel like family is there with u. Like your staying with your family. And even the guest create strong bonds and friendships that are long lasting and meaningful. This is the best hotel I’ve ever visited and stayed in. I fully from the bottom of my heart appreciate Jahmil for everything he’s done for me during my stay here. I will never forget you. I thank the staff for making me feel like I was with family which made it even more comfy. Extended Stay America 10/10. The absolute best in the area for an extended stay. God sent me here. And I’m glad he did. Thank you all

Staff was really kind and helpful! And the place is kept clean. Our Sheetal were spotless and the pillows were super fluffy. This is our second time here and this will be our go to hotel in our area!
